Our Maple wine is made from pure Quebec maple syrup and prepared using our unique manufacturing process. The fermentation process lasts a few months. It allows you to obtain the texture, color and finesse of this unique product.

TASTE

On the nose, the first notes are those of water and maple syrup and then it becomes more complex with hints of cigar, tobacco and black licorice. We perceive peppery notes in the finish reminiscent of allspice.

After opening the bottle, the shelf life varies depending on storage conditions. It will last from several weeks to several months.

FABRICATION

Our maple liqueur is made from pure Quebec maple syrup and prepared using our unique manufacturing process. Subsequently, it is transferred to Calvados barrels in order to provide complex aromas.

TASTE

On the nose, the first notes are woody. On the palate, a touch of oak, with a hint of vanilla and a subtle Maple finish.
